To get started please go to the "Discussion" link at the top of this page where we will begin by discussing the preface and chapter one of the book to familiarize yourselves with how a Wiki works.
As you will notice, on the right hand side of this page there is a list of pages, starting with "Home". Each time we begin a new chapter there will be a new page listed here with the corresponding chapter's name. Once you are on the page you want (for example, chapter one) then you can go to the discussion link at the top of that page to participate in our book study.
On each chapter's initial page the guiding questions will be listed for you to think about as you read.
After reading, please post comments and messages on the discussion board and respond to other's posts as well.
